Which Doctor

Been watching a lot of Doctor Who recently and playing both Exterminate and the Doctor Who Miniature Game so thought I would upset a lot of people by listing my favourite Doctors in order so here goes 1 -Patrick Troughton 2 -William Hartnell 3-Tom Baker 4-Peter Capaldi 5-John Pertwee 6-David Tenant 7-John Hurt as the war doctor 8-Paul McGann 9-Peter Davison 10-Christopher Eccleston 11-Colin Baker 12-Jodie Whittaker 13 Matt Smith 14 Nouti Gatwa and my collection of Doctors I have multiple poses of each but just showing 1 of each here except tenant as he did make agreat comeback and so far i dont have Nouti Gatwa I probably will get one just to be complete but personally do not rate his version of the Dr so far he may grow on me ...

Long weekend Wargaming

Added acouple of extra days to the weekend to make it extra long and managed quite a bit of Gaming. The first game was a Dr who with the first Doctor with the help of Ian ,Barbara and Susan taking on a wharehouse full of Autons in an American town a very close win for the Doctor .

The 2nd game was a rogue warrior using the Urban Strike book , the Wolverines sprang an ambush on a team of Russians who were trying to repair a broken down tank , The Wolverines managed to get a win ,but not without taking afew wounds ,some from freindly fire .

3rd Game we played outdoors using Johns terrain this time the Wolverines were trying to blow up a ammo dump grerat fun a wonderful victory for thr Wolverines but the planning went astray instead of sneaking in and laying some C4 charges and watching the firworks from a distance a stray RPG round brought the game to a quick finish not as heroic but still a win for the freedom fighters

Finally I made a henge for the Rune Warriors scenario but thought it would appear in another Dr Who episode this time the 2nd Doctor with Jamie and some Unit troops taking on the Daleks Another win for the Doctor but mainly due to the Brigadier and that Bazooka

Played our first game of Rune warriors , great fun and easy to learn just like Rorgue warriors ,highly reccomended

Rogue Warrior Solo Game

Got A game in of Ungentlemanly Warriors the solo version of rogue warriors . I had 4 SOE agents trying to rescue a prisoner from aruined village . The AI controlled Germans begin by patrolling the village in a set path but each sentry moves in a random order until the alarm is raised . The game lasted 7 turns with the SOE rescuing the prisoner and getting away with hardly any damage ,marjorie the female agent took 3 wounds . The solo rules and the AI cards and charts are easy to understand and provide great fun as well . The Agents arrive
