Our first battlefield trip was to Gettysburg ,the battlefield is very well preserved and the visitor centres superb ,ther highlight for me was the cyclorama and standing on Little Round Top .There is a entrance charge but well worth it .The battlefields well sign posted and covered in contempory buildings ,artillery pieces and monuments .During our stay in the town we went on the Ghosts of Gettysburg tour which is a great way to see the historic buildings in the town
